Sto. Rosario is a large urban poor community located in the Plainview district of Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. The community is home to approx. 5,000 people. The Hands of Mercy Sto. Rosario team run a feeding programme for children in the community. They also run a children's ministry and discipleship small group as part of Mercy Community Church. A Sunday worship service takes place at the nearby Hands of Mercy ministry centre, which many from the community attend.
